Q: What information will I need to submit to receive my loan?
A: Typically, because we work with a number of banks, Diversified can provide a lower rate than your own bank or others who do not do a high volume of loans for new and used campers, recreational vehicles, trailers, park models or boats. Call us at 262-878-7880 or 262-995-7128 to get a current, ballpark rate quote or complete our application to get an exact quote and credit decision, typically within 3 hours (during business hours).

Q. What are your loan terms
If you walk into your own bank and want to finance a recreational vehicle or trailer, usually, the maximum loan term you’ll be quoted is five years. Depending on the amount of money you need to finance, Diversified Finance can go up 240 months —to lower your monthly payments.

Q: What kind of credit do I need to meet your loan requirements?
A: You need a FICO/Beacon Credit Score of approximately 670 or above. You can check your current credit score with numerous online companies such as:
Equifax, MyFico.com, Experian, Credit Report.com, etc.

Q: What amount of money will you finance?
A: Diversified Finance will finance a minimum amount of $7500, and the maximum, of course, would depend on your credit rating and overall financial situation.

Q: How long does the process take to get a loan?
A: We pride ourselves in providing quick loan approvals (not just pre-approvals) in 3 hours or less during our normal business hours (8:00-5:00PM M-F and 8:00-2:00PM Saturdays). Then the exchange of documents and other paperwork—including getting you your check typically takes about 5 business days--which can vary depending on how timely customers are in getting required all documents/information to Diversified. Q: Once you’ve approved me for a loan, how long do I have to respond?
A:Your quote is good for 60 days.

Q: What information will I need to submit to receive my loan?
See our loan application, and you will also need to provide the following information that would be typical in applying for any financing:

• title (copy of front and back)
• seller contact Information (name, address, phone #)
• lien pay-off (as applicable)
• copy of driver’s license
• copy of insurance binder
• other documents from Diversified Finance
