We had recently bought a new recreational vehicle here in Texas and they had arranged a loan through a loan company they use. All had been processed and the first payment made.

Having a better than average credit score, I was asked about the interest rate on the loan. I have to admit, I rarely pay much attention to these things. When we read the rate we were a little lost and not sure about it. A friend felt that the rate was unreasonable. We were put in touch with Bob and Brenda Haisler of Diversified Finance.

They took the time to explain everything, and when we finally felt comfortable with it all, we told them we wanted to refinance. No pressure was ever put on us to do it, just simple facts and the choice was ours to make.
